Saratoga Radio LLC today announced that they have an agreement with Empire Broadcasting Corporation to acquired WABY-AM.
Saratoga Springs, NY, October 1, 2019 — Saratoga Radio LLC, a partnership between Border Media, LLC & A&J Radio LLC today announced that they have an agreement with Empire Broadcasting Corporation to acquired WABY-AM, Watervliet, NY and it’s W231DU Clifton Park, NY FM translator construction permit.
Ricki Lee, Border Media: “After completing our transaction with Empire on WSSV, we considered future growth opportunities and we believe WABY is a great fit for us. We will shortly be taking over the radio station via LMA”
Saratoga Radio LLC expects the transaction to close by the end of 2019.
