Loud Media acquires WJRV FM & WTNQ FM from Momentum Broadcasting LLC.
Knoxville, TN May 27, 2020 — Loud Media is pleased to announce that they have come to an agreement with MOMENTUM BROADCASTING LLC to acquire WJRV, Oliver Springs, TN and WTNQ La Follette, TN.
Broker, Eddie Esserman represented the seller for this transaction, which is expected to close by the start of Fall 2020, subject to FCC approval. Loud Media will take over the two stations via Local Marketing Agreement on July 1, 2020.
