SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — The beloved local station Saratoga’s Star Radio (93.3 FM & 96.1 FM in the Saratoga region; 1160 AM across Saratoga County) officially returns to the airwaves and online, bringing back its iconic sound, community focus, and personalities that helped make Saratoga radio special.

“We are so excited to bring this iconic brand and identity back to Saratoga Springs and the surrounding area, now with two FM frequencies to better serve our listening audience,” said Aaron Ishmael, CEO of Loud Media, which operates the station.

Voices Behind the Revival

“This is the station that initially brought me to work in Saratoga,” said Eric Woodhouse, Brand Manager and Morning Show Host. “Star, Flavorfeast, and Oreo Tiramisu from a café on Phila Street. Jerry Crouth is, of course, doing his Oldies Show every Saturday Morning and that will soon be shared across three markets. John Meaney is, of course, with us too every Saturday afternoon.”
